The Delmonico, also called a Chuck Eye Steak, comes from the chuck primal and is the continuation of the same muscle as a ribeye, extending into the shoulder of the animal. Because of this, it shares many similarities with the iconic ribeye and is a highly-tender steak great for grilling. 

Sourced from the Midwest's finest Black Angus cattle, this USDA Prime steak is beautifully marbled, incredibly flavorful, and sure to be a new affordable favorite.
